Manifestation Through Gratitude was designed to deepen your understanding of the profound effects that gratitude has not only on your happiness in the present moment but in creating our desired future. Neuroscience now confirms that we have the capability to change our minds, our bodies, and the course of our lives through our thoughts and emotions. When we apply gratitude specifically to prescribed techniques of mindfulness practices, it not only changes our beliefs and perceptions but it accelerates the process by which things come to pass.

Here's How It Goes:

  1. We will meet twice a week for 8 weeks on Mondays & Thursdays for one hour.*
  2. Every Monday, there will be a lecture on the week's topic. On Thursdays, we will meet for a Deep Dive to build community, accountability, and expand on topics together as a group.
  3. Every week, you will receive an Invitation to integrate what you learn into your daily life, follow guided meditations from Heather, and witness your world start to change.
  4. We will keep the conversation going in a private Facebook Group! 

*All sessions will be recorded and available for you to access for 2 years.

About Heather Monroe, LCSW 

Heather is an integrative psychotherapist who specializes in the healing of relational trauma. Through her extensive training and work in clinical and experiential modalities, Heather guides clients through a holistic and transformative process. Heather’s approach to helping people is creative, open and flexible as she understands that just as the context of trauma is individual so is the process of healing.

Heather believes through her extensive experience in the field that trauma is the underpinning of almost all mental, cultural, societal, and global health disorders. Her life’s purpose is to help people dismantle their underlying trauma, so they can decide who they want to be and the type of life they want to create.

Dear Friend,

How many of us get stuck at a place in our life where it feels like we’re living the same day, over and over again? We say that we’re fine, but if we dare scratch just below that “fineness”, there is sadness, anxiety, fear, boredom or dis-ease. We have an inkling that there is so much more out there, but it feels too out of our reach. Maybe we think that we simply aren’t worthy of something better. I know this predicament well because this was my reality for many years. 

I must have tried everything and anything to run from these feelings that made up a massive void in my life. I suffered from severe depression and sexual trauma. I was trapped in feelings and thoughts of inadequacy, traumatic memories, negative thinking and beliefs as well as toxic dependency. 

It was in my mid twenties when I realized that my predictable future was steeped in misery. And that I had a choice in it all. What I discovered is that through a prescribed mindfulness-based process grounded in gratitude, I was able to change my thinking in a way that subconscious negative beliefs and perceptions were wiped away. This in turn allowed me to see myself, my present life, and my intended future with crystal clarity. I no longer relied on hope for my life to change; I relied on my ability to create. I was able to create the future I had longed for.

Essentially, I was catapulted out of my past which was creating a very predictable future for me and into the present moment of infinite possibilities. It allowed me to become not just my own healer but creator.

This course was designed to help you not change, but create your life. You will come away with a clear intention for your future and be given tangible tools to guide you there. You will adopt your own individual grateful personality trait which will then be strengthened to help fight against being reactive and stressed.

The Weekly Experience


Week 1: The Cultural Phenomenon of Lack and Want

In our first session, I will introduce you to the cultural phenomenon of Lack and Want. It will elucidate what this does to our thoughts, emotions and physiology and how it keeps us stuck in a predictable future. 


Week 2: State of Being, Finding Presence

We will focus on how to achieve stillness in the present moment so that we can create our future from there - the place of infinite possibilities. You will learn techniques on how to clear the mind and apply them in your daily practice.


Week 3: The Elevated Emotion of Gratitude 

We will learn the science behind elevated feelings and why incorporating gratitude accelerates the process of manifestation. 


Week 4: Setting Intentions

This week is devoted to your most beautiful and powerful vision of the future! You will practice the skill of setting intentions and be given the tools needed to get very clear on how to visualize your future. 


Week 5: Moving From Intention to Manifestation

We will learn how to combine your intention with the elevated emotion of gratitude to create your future. You will come away with a how-to-model in which to create your most powerful future and a guided meditation to add to your daily practice.


Week 6: Witnessing Your State of Being

We will come to understand one of the biggest obstacles to manifestation and come away with an understanding of how to identify negative thoughts, beliefs, and feelings.


Week 7: Affirmations 

This week focuses on affirmations as an enhancement to the manifestation process. You will learn how to create the most potent affirmations and how to use them effectively. 


Week 8: Clearing The Path To The Future

A strong foundation for change and manifestation has been laid before us and lastly, we will draw upon the virtues of discipline, grit and resilience to continue to build our future.
